Dear Yanni When my husband and I bought our rundown 2 storey Queenslander last year, one of the first things we wanted to do was transform the old burnt orange, burgundy and cream exterior into a crisp modern colourscheme of greys and whites. We knew with a bit of TLC our grand old lady could truly be a marvel once more. To say that my husband and I are delighted with the transformation of our home is an understatement! We could not be more delighted with what you and your team have done. The workmanship, quality of products, efficiency and ‘no problem’ attitude of your staff is a credit to you and your company. Each member has been polite, respectful and more often than not, humorous. Yanni and his crew from Solair Property Care carried out the makeover of our premises at 32-38 Boyland Av. Coopers Plains and we could not be any happier with their work, performance and punctuality. Hello Yanni Thank you for the fantastic job you did on our shopping complex roof at the corner of Chatsworth and Eva Street Coorparoo. You did what you proposed to, always on time, did not leave any mess and the results were more than pleasing. The operators at the Restaurant were particularly pleased with the heat reflecting membrane; they can feel the difference in temperature, so much more comfortable now, not to mention the savings in cooling costs.
